Who We Are
We are a reputable, comprehensive, flexible and accessible edutainment company that is motivating a future generation. We promote decolonisation of our music and we encourage our people to go back to their ingenious knowledge and way of doing things. We are the whistle of hope.
What We Do
The three core business areas of Umlozi edutainment are educating, entertaining and uniting we are very involved in community engagement. Our teachers are musicians themselves they perform in big stages in South Africa and Europe. We also place a great importance on the celebration and promotion of our African arts and culture through various endeavors.
Founder’s Notes
Our purpose is to share our music knowledge, because as Africans music is very close to our hearts, we make music in every situation that we come across. We store our historical treasures in music, music is one of the elements that defines us as Africans. Umlozi teaches music to keep this culture of making music going and be able to sustain and conserve our music for the future generation.
